THN GROUP MEMBERSHIP INFO

The Hispanic Network LLC (THN) has a networking group component that connects businesses on a monthly basis in order to generate

a steady stream of warm leads and referrals

while building brand awareness.

  BENEFITS

Monthly Networking Events – Each month THN Group hosts a Mix & Mingle Dinner at different venues on Long Island.  THN's house jazz band, The Cuban Cigars, sets a fun, relaxed atmosphere highly conducive to productive networking, and our house photographer, Alan Abrams, records the evening so it can later be posted on THN's website www.THNToday.com 
Monthly Warm Leads – Instead of leaving a networking event with just the five or six business cards you collect, imagine leaving with everyone’s contact info, knowing they have yours as well!  At THN dinners, the list of attendees is distributed so members can strategize as to who they want to meet that evening or follow up with the next day.  This list of warm leads is also emailed in Excel format the following day after the info for the walk-ins has been added.

• Exhibitor Booths – THN offers exhibitor booths for just $75 at each month's event!

Connection Table A tables is set up in the registration area at each Mix & Mingle Dinner so members can display their promotional materials. This way, while the member is on one side of the room, meeting new contacts, their brochure is in the registration area making a “soft sell” connection.

Maximum ExposureMembers are welcome to email flyers, announcing special needs, member discounts and events to THN for distribution to the membership and beyond upon request. THN will actively work with its members to promote their seminars, workshops and fundraisers. This is a great way to get your company’s name in front of everyone often for maximum exposure and a true branding effect.

Referral Services THN is well known for its referral services.

Host a Mix & Mingle - Members can TAKE CENTER STAGE and address fellow THN members by sponsoring a Mix & Mingle Dinner.  For the nominal fee of $250, an invitation flyer with your company logo is designed and disseminated to the membership and beyond, the venue and caterer contracts are executed, the live entertainment is hired, the menu is set, the list of attendees is managed and compiled, a photographer is provided, name badges are created, the registration area is manned, THN President and CEO Maria Morales-Prieto serves as emcee and the sponsor is touted on all promotional materials and from the podium as host of the event. Most importantly, THN will fill the room so the sponsor, who gets to speak to the audience for up to ten minutes, will be addressing a large, interested crowd.   The sponsor is encouraged to bring promotional materials to put at each place setting and a banner for prominent display and photo ops.

 

THN GROUP MEMBERSHIP RATES

Corporate Members - $1,000 per year includes all of the benefits listed above and entrance for two to each month’s Mix & Mingle Dinner. Each additional employee who wishes to attend pays only $45 per event.

Premier Members - $680/yr or $200 per year + $40* per month includes all of the benefits listed above and entrance for one to each month’s Mix & Mingle Dinner.  Each additional employee who wishes to attend pays $45 per event. 

Associate Members - $470/yr or $200 per year + $45 every other month includes all of the benefits listed above and entrance for one to SIX Mix & Mingle Dinners of the member’s choice per year.   Each additional employee who wishes to attend pays $50 per event and must be accompanied by the member. 

A La Carte Members - $300/yr + $50 per event

Non Profit Members  - $100 off the annual membership rate of any level

Non Members  - $60 per person allows attendance to one Mix & Mingle per year.

NOTE:  The entrance to the Mix & Mingle Dinners is transferable so if the member cannot attend, they can invite their colleague or client to the dinner in their place – another great client cultivation technique.
